Here is a quick, cheap Paleo/Whole30 compliant recipe. I use this all the time when I’m ravenous and pressed for time. It also stretches out one can of tuna to make four patties. Talk about economical!
Ingredients:
- 1 can tuna (7 oz)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp Caesar dressing
Directions:
- In a small bowl, break tuna up with a fork until shredded.
- Add eggs, dressing, and coconut flour.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Form into four patties. Cook in oil of choice on medium heat for about 5 minutes each side, or until lightly browned.
